大家好,当你和一个客户慢慢有了交情,可以在每次顺利成交后询问下这次订购的体验如何?有没有什么需要改进的地方?不仅有助于联络客情,客户的有些反馈,也可以当成下次你推广产品给其他客户的切入点。

以下的表达供你参考:

(记得多用特殊疑问句,让客户参与到讨论中来,而非一般疑问句,yes or no得不到任何有效信息)

1)Can you please offer any feedback on the recent order? In which areas can we improve?

So we'll service vou better next time.

最近这个单子能否告知您的反馈,哪些地方我们需要改善,下次我们才能做得更好。


2) We'd really love to know what you thoughts of our products. Please help offer any of your comments. A big hearty thank you.

我们很想知道你对我们产品的看法,能否帮忙提供一些您的建议,衷心感谢。


3)Hope your planned launch goes well. How about the market feedback?

希望你计划的产品发布/投放进展顺利,市场反馈如何呢?


4)It's been very long time since we touched base. Can you please let us know why you don't place the order from us anymore? We treasure your feedback very much.

适合久久没再下单的客户,询问为何不再下单。


5)Can you please share any of your views that why you go for us finally? Your comments are very valuable for us.

适合一直下单,已有交情的客户,听听他们为何选择你们,或者为何放弃以前的供应商。
