场景一:客户对样品满意,卡在价格谈判环节


❌普通回答

OK, I'll go and ask my supervisor if we can reduce the price to XX.

好的,我去问问我的上级,看能不能把价格降到xx



◆回应太过随意,直接答应去问价,没给客户设限;客户拿到价格后,一般不会立刻下单,而是接着比价,拿着你的价格去压同行。


✅参考回答

Besides price, other concerns? lf l get xx, can we confirm order and arrange prepayment today? You know, this price is almost close to our cost price. l'll surely face a tough battle with various departments and might even get scolded. lf we succeed, we can start our cooperation right away. ◆不假思索答应去匹配折扣,没有深挖客户对赠品之外产品价值的认可度,更没促使客户确认订单其他关键要素,客户轻松拿捏销售,后续即便折扣到位,客户可能还想要更多优惠。

Our products have unique features like xx that competitors can’t match. lf we still offer you a discount equivalent to the value of those xx赠品, and you find these product advantages compelling enough, would you commit to finalizing the order within two days? 场景三:客户担心新品,想压低价格

◆这种回应只是机械地答应去争取低价,完全忽略客户对新品市场反馈的担忧核心,没有引导客户聚焦交易本身,也没让客户给出任何成交承诺,很可能后续即便降价,客户依旧因信心不足而拖延下单。

What if we offer you a detailed market analysis report along with the product? lf this extra support helps ease your worry, and we also manage to give you a xx折扣, would you be willing to place a trial order right away?
