In order to show our interest in cooperating with you, we would love to bear any cost of sample producing and courier service charge. Even though our sample is quite expensive, approximately $700 USD with DHL charge, we will pay for it.

We understand it's quite expensive. Producing a sample,plus courier service charge will take around 7ooUSD in total. In order to make the deal happen,would you please share the cost with us? What about we send you a free sample but you pay for the courier service charge? We would like to suggest that the sample producing cost on our account while you bear the DHL charge, how is that sound to you ,sir?

We used to send free samples to other clients, but some of them don't even test the sample because they don't cherish anything for free. Therefore company management starts to ask the client to pay for it or at least share the cost of the sample. We don't really care about the sample producing cost or courier service charge.
But in this way, we will understand if this client likes to cooperate with us. Besides the sample cost is quite expensive,around $70o, it's quite reasonable to ask any client sharing the cost with us. And we promise you we will pay you back the sample producing cost in our first deal, by providing a credit note with the same amount.

Ok, since your company won't allow you to pay for the sample, we will bear all the costs. No problem. But considering sample cost is quite expensive, we will have to ask you to confirm other commercial terms first, otherwise,it's going to be useless to send you a sample, am iright?
Let's assume the quality is approved, we can negotiate the price,payment term and shipment schedule first. Meanwhile, we will prepare a sample and sent it immediately based on your confirmation on other commercial terms.

How do you require us to produce the sample? Please send us an email with detailed technical points so that we don't send you the wrong model/sample.

Normally it takes us 3 days to produce a sample, so please bear with us till tomorrow. We will update you once the sample is sent.
This is a similar order under production and we will take one piece out of our bulk production and send it to you as a sample.
The sample is ready with me and we are doing the packing for each size/model/color so that they don't confuse you.

客户没有收到样品?
It's been 3 days since we sent the sample, please let me know if you have received it. The DHL tracking record is showing that you have signed for the smaple, have you received it?
客户还没有做样品测试?
Please start the test on our sample as soon as possible as the sample won't last long without proper storage conditions. How does it look? It's fine for you? Kindly test our sample at the earliest . We cannot wait any more to start our first contract.

Since the sample is approved and quality is confirmed ,are we on your supplier list now? I am very happy to know that our sample has passed all the tests. Please let me know when can we start our first deal?
