关于报价后，新客户抱怨运费高的解决办法

1. Container shortage is amongst one of the major reasons for swelling freight charges . It cannot be eased in the short time . I will check any possible solution to bring the freight rate down and update .

集装箱短缺是运费上涨的主要原因。短期内很难缓解。不过我会看看有没有任何方式可以降低下运费。

与此同时，要灵活变通，多询问几家靠谱的货代，海运贵，是否可以考虑铁路运输；空运贵，是否可以考虑走海运 LCL .

2．不妨让他自己去找货代，因为这是整个市场行情都这样，他去问了自然就知道：

We kindly suggest you could work with a freight forwarder in your country . The freight rate sometimes is more cost effective and it wil be easier for your local clearance .

我们建议你找找你们那边货代。通常费用会更划算，并且清关方便。

3．如果客户找了很低价的货代，但之前没合作过的，来和你们压价：

Here is a suggestion , don ＇ t choose a freight forwarder with a particularly low price . Their shipping may have some ilegal operations , which wil bring you 

unexpected hidden risk ．建议不要找太低价的货代，因为有时候他们操作不太合规，会给你带来很多潜在风险。

4．提供客户货物包装信息，以便客户和其他货代询价： Please check the following details and get a freight quote from your forwarder :

* Total Cargo volume ＿总体积

* Port of loading ＿装运港口

* Port of destination ＿目的港口

* Total weight ( kgs )＿总重量

* Total Package ＿总包装件数

* Delivery incoterm ＿运输条款如 FOB 

信息透明化，节省沟通成本，也能让新客户增添好感。

5. Actual Weight is exactly what the product weighs including packaging . Dimensional Weight takes into account the volume , including length , width & height of the package that you are shipping .

重货是产品加包装重量。抛货则是按长宽高的体积重量来计费。（同不明白体积重那么高的客户解释）

6. Do you have any other cargoes from China ? So we can send to your supplier ＇ s warehouse for consolidating the shipment ．你在中国还有其他货吗？我们可以送过去你其他工厂仓库拼装。（适合体量不大，但是很纠结单独发运的客户）
